Shipping Schedule:

Orders are only fulfilled on business days, not weekends. Orders placed after 5PM will be fulfilled on the next business day.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are subject to change without notice.

As the COVID-19 situation in Maryland and the rest of the country continues to evolve, please understand that future developments may impact your order's delivery. Please be prepared for potential delays in shipping.

Returns:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds (If Applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges: 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@unioncraftbrewing.com and send your item to: 1700 W 41st St #420 Baltimore, MD 21211

Shipping:

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1700 W 41st St #420 Baltimore, MD 21211.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Local Pickup:

For anyone in the nearby vicinity, you now have the option to stop by to pick up merch orders rather than have them shipped. Orders will be available the next Tap Room business day, Wed-Sun 11:30am-7:30pm, in conjunction with us currently offering Dockside/To Go beer.

We will send a confirmation email when your order is ready. Once at the brewery, please express to our Dockside Counter Attendant that you are picking up from GearHaus & provide your order number.

If you would like to time the pickup out so that it coincides with Dockside pickup for beer or other Union Collective items, we encourage everyone to visit TOAST TAB to place your order, rather than purchase while visiting - to minimize Dockside transactions/contact during the COVID-19 outbreak.

*NOTE: Any orders not picked up within 1 week will be refunded/put back into stock.
